Judge R.E. McClanahan II
The museum's founder is R.E. McClanahan II. For those who know him, we call him "Judge". He is not only a bicycle collector and historian but a Senior Judge, Kentucky Court of Justice. He has operated movie theaters in Ewing, VA., Irvine Kentucky, and Cumberland Gap, Tenn.
